Average Iron Girl
I am just your average girl. I love Pink, Rocky Road Ice Cream, getting dressed up for a date, yummy Mexican food, and my awesome family! I am a mother of 4. I love to sew, play games and make yummy food.
In 2008 I found out I have a blood clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden. After counting my blessing for 4 wonderful children and no blood clots I decided I needed to make Health and Fitness a priority in our family. I came across the Iron Girl Vegas Sprint Triathlon and decided this is what I needed to get me motivated. I called my mom and convinced her to come along, then I called my sisters and convinced them... pretty soon many more of my friends and family were enthusiastically on board. I have never done anything like this before. I can't wait for race day when we can come all together and celebrate our accomplishment. See you in Vegas!
